What is your return policy?

Not quite happy with your order? No sweat! Get a return within 30 days of placing your order for store credit. You will be responsible for the return postage. If you paid for postage when ordering the item, it will not be refunded.

Full price items: Store Credits available

Promotional/pre-order items: Not eligible for return and exchange.

Exchange: We issue Store Credits so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.

How do I lodge a return?

To lodge a return, please send an email to info@sparks-asia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then notify you the instructions and address.

Here's a quick checklist of requirements for ALL return / store credit items:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Each item must be placed in the eco-bags that they came with
  • Not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way
  • Must not be sale/promotional/pre-order items

Sparks reserves the right to reject any return items if they do not meet the above requirements.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Yes. Sparks does not cover the cost of return postage or insurance. We also recommend you to use a tracked postage when returning items. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.

What happens if I receive the the wrong item or defective* item?

We work hard to ensure all of our products are quality controlled to the highest quality. So please give us a chance to fix any faulty issues - drop us an email at info@sparks-asia.com within 30 days from the delivery date with your Order Number and photo of the defect. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

How long does it take to process my return?

As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it - please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalise your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
