What is your return policy?
Not quite happy with your order? No sweat! Get a return within 30 days of placing your order for a return or store credit.
You will be responsible for the return postage and a restocking fee of USD5 per item. Please also note that if you paid for postage when you ordered the item, it will not be refunded.
Full price items: Refund and Store credit available.
Sale/promotional items: Not eligible for return and exchange.
Here's a quick checklist of requirements for ALL return / store credit items
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way
- Must not be a sale/promotional items
Sparks reserves the right to reject any return items if they do not meet the above requirements.
*Please note all returns are sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong. We will provide you the address.
Do I need to pay for return postage?
Yes. Sparks does not cover the cost of return postage or insurance. We also recommend you to use a tracked postage when returning items. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
How do I lodge a return?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will then notify you the instructions and address for return.
What is your exchange policy?
Sorry! At the moment we do not provide any exchange. However, we can process your refund in the form of store credit so you can choose another item.
What is restocking fee?
The Restocking Fee helps to cover a variety of cost incurred when item(s) are returned. This includes paying employees to process returns, repackaging and restocking the item(s), testing the product etc. The restocking fee is USD5.
What happens if I receive the the wrong item or defective item?
We're incredibly sorry you received a defective item! :( We will be fully responsible for this. So, please give us a chance to fix this - drop us an email at email@example.com within 30 days from the delivery date with the following info:
- Your Order Number
- Photo of the defect
Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible. If the piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
How long until my return is processed?
As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it - please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalise your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
Store Credits: Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return has been finalised.
