When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow for approximately 2 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process your order. During sales period, processing time may take longer.
You will get an email with tracking code and link once your order has been dispatched.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
My order consist of preorder items, can I get in-stock items first?
To better streamline our operations, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed and we ship complete. If your order consists of a Preorder item, your order will only be shipped after the Preorder stocks have arrived. If you wish to receive your in-stock items earlier, please your orders separately.
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
If you fall within the named countries in the chart above, you will not be required to for customs under normal circumstances. For other countries, we're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
How can I track my order?
