Shipping & Tracking

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow for 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process your order. We will assign one of our staff to look after your order personally, and to be in touch with you. During sales period, processing time may take longer.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

If you fall within the named countries in the chart above, you will not be required to for customs under normal circumstances (with the exception of the UK and Canada). For other countries, we're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

How can I track my order?
